I'm Heather Baker-Heriot and I'm a professional Life Coach and certified NLP Master Practitioner. I've had a successful career in management roles for over 30 years and have run my own company, which has given me invaluable experience in motivating individuals to reach their full potential. I came to realise that what I really enjoyed was the one to one management of people so, after working with my own Life Coach, I decided to follow my dream and I trained as a professional Life Coach.

Well I am fortunate enough to live not far from the beautiful and iconic Infinity Bridge in Stockton-on-Tees, named after the symbol it creates when it is reflected in the river on a clear day. However the name also signifies much of what individuals can achieve through Life Coaching:
Infinity: because the changes you can make in your life are infinite, restricted only by your imagination
Bridge: because Life Coaching helps you to create a bridge between where you are now and where you want to be
You will find more information on the bridge below as well as images on the site.
Officially opened in May 2009, the Infinity Bridge provides a pedestrian and cycle link between the North Shore development and the University of Durham's Queen's Campus and Teesdale Business Park. It's total length is 240m (787ft), it's 5m (16ft) wide and constructed from steel and reinforced concrete. The bridge has won many awards including the Institution of Structural Engineers' Supreme Award for Structural Excellence in 2009 and no other bridge in the world is known to have the same design.
